Booking Information
Children who are currently on a course are continuously assessed by the teacher who recommends which group they should be booked into for the next set of lessons. The pupil can then be re-booked onto the appropriate course during booking week on the day of the child's lesson. For example if a child's swimming lesson is on Monday, then the parent/guardian has to wait until Monday to re-book.
We ensure that there are enough spaces at each ability level to accommodate all children on existing courses. However we are unable to guarantee your choice of day will always be available as parents/guardians have the opportunity to change the day of their child's lesson when re-booking.
If you know that the pupil will not be able to attend their swimming lesson on their re-booking day, it is imperative that you fill in a form from reception to ensure that the pupil does not lose their place.
After we have offered current pupils the chance to sign up for the next course of lessons, new pupils are able to book onto the courses. If you contact the pool before the rebooking time, we can let you know what places are currently available.
