Class description
An excellent class incorporating strength and aerobic exercise elements, that are used extensively in boxing training. You will work a circuit involving the use of pads and gloves, fit balls, and other pieces of equipment. A fun class for all levels of fitness. Work to your own level, and get a fantastic all over body workout.
