DESCRIPTION OF THERAPIES
Swedish Body Massage
A full body massage using pressure movements to speed up bodily functions and lighter, softer movements to soothe the body and mind.
Ayurvedic Marma Massage
based on the ancient Indian technique of Ayurveda this massage aims to rebalance the body, mind and spirit. A gentle massage which is deeply relaxing whilst stimulating the nerves and bodily functions through applying pressure to the marma points of blockages.
Thai Massage
A unique Asian style of massage given fully clothed. Using acupressure, stretching and applied yoga positions this technique massages the organs aas well as the muscles allowing for increased benefit.
Indian Head Massage
An invigorating treatment of the head, shoulders, neck and face. This massage can bring relief from many ailments such as eyestrain, insomnia, stiff neck and shoulders and headaches.
Back, Neck and Shoulders
An oil massage of the back area, really working on those knots....
Tension Buster
A back, neck and shoulder massage finishing with facial massage and pressure points.
