Spinning Information

Designed to burn fat, improve stamina and tone the whole body.  Spinning is a non-impact indoor cycling class to motivational music. 

Spinning is a 50 minute class suitable for complete beginners, but a bit more demanding than easy spinning. (under 16's can participate if over 4ft 9 inches and accompanied by an adult).

Easy spinning is a 45 minute class working at a slightly easier level than normal spinning.

The main reason that I use the pool is the lack of chlorine. Sometimes I travel a distance to benefit from that.
